Using the store
You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and use the website only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly tell us it has been compromised.
Products and orders
Product listings are invitations to order. An order becomes binding only when The Happy Bride Ph accepts it and confirms the order. Availability, customization details, production schedules, and delivery arrangements may be confirmed with you before acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including for pricing errors, unavailable materials, suspected fraud, or an inability to meet the requested date.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine pesos unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, customization fees, and other applicable amounts will be disclosed before you confirm an order. You agree to use a payment method you are authorized to use. A displayed or automated price does not require us to honor an obvious error.
Made-to-order goods
Many products are handcrafted or personalized. You are responsible for checking names, dates, colors, quantities, measurements, and other approved details. Reasonable variations in color, texture, placement, and finish are part of handmade production and are not necessarily defects.
Fulfillment, changes, and returns
Production and delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Your cancellation, change, return, and remedy options are described in our Store Policies. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine consumer law.
Intellectual property
The website’s original branding, photographs, graphics, copy, and designs belong to The Happy Bride Ph or their respective licensors. You may browse the store for personal shopping purposes, but may not reproduce, sell, scrape, or commercially exploit its content without permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Happy Bride Ph is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. We do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for confirming that a product is suitable for your intended ceremony and venue.
Changes and contact
